The competition offers a prize of £1,000 to the photo that best captures the concept of love. Photographers were asked to showcase the thousands of little love stories taking place around us every day; with entrants capturing these moments using an array of photography; from abstracts to popular portraiture; from macro shots to breathtaking landscapes.
Competition judge and eHarmony.co.uk Managing Director, Romain Bertrand said: “They say a picture paints a thousand words, and the range of quality photos submitted so far for this year’s competition speaks volumes about what love means to people in the UK. With just over a week left to win the grand prize of £1,000, and the chance for your entry to form part of a permanent artwork revealing what the nation holds dear to its heart, we want people to get online and upload their entries today.”
